Our freshly milled soft white wheat flour is ground the same day you pick it up. The flavor of fresh milled flour is remarkable. There are so many delicious varieties of wheat, but my favorite for bread making is the Soft White Wheat Flour. It will not be milled until it is ready to pick up or ship (shipping options available, too). Fresh-milled flour should go directly into the fridge, or freezer, until you are ready to use it. Great for baking pastries, bread and for sprouting (If you'd like these berries not milled and just used for sprouting, please specify in your order). Enjoy!

For our valued local customers who have placed orders with us, we're pleased to offer seamless pick-up options that cater to your schedule. We will have your order ready for you to pick up directly from our farm stand on Sundays, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. This Sunday pick-up option is available for all orders placed during the preceding week, from Monday through Saturday.
Additionally, for those customers who place their orders on Sundays, we will have your order ready for you to collect on the following Monday. This ensures that no matter when you submit your order, you can conveniently retrieve your farm-fresh goods at our on-site location.
